Meatballs using the same Ingredients

Weekly Keto – Primal Meal Plan:

Brunch:

Monday:

Fried Eggs (3), Bacon, sautéed Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Chilli Pepper and Sea Salt, with Avocado. Cook the bacon first, then use the grease to cook veg and eggs. Grain Free Bread and Butter.

Tuesday:

Spinach, Mushroom, Bacon Grain Free Quiche with mixed Salad.

Wednesday:

Green Smoothie: Whole Avocado, Flaxseeds, Cacao nibs, Full Fat or Greek Yogurt, Coconut Oil, small Cup of Raspberries/Blueberries, Coconut Milk (fresh) or Almond Milk (unsweetened).

Thursday: 

Scrambled Eggs (3) with Onions & Chili, Mushrooms, Cauliflower, sautéed and Eggs then scrambled with the vegetables. Cook the Bacon first and use the grease to sauté the veg and scramble the eggs. Grain Free Bread and Butter. 

Friday: 

Omelette or Fritatta with 3 Eggs, mixed with sautéed Onions, Chili, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Spinach, side half Avocado.

Saturday:

Eggs (3) with salt, pepper and parmesan with Sautéed Vegetables, OR Coconut Pancakes or Waffles, with Steak Strips.

Sunday:  

Eggs (3) with salt, pepper and parmesan with Sautéed Vegetables, OR Coconut Pancakes or Waffles, with Steak Strips.

 

Dinner:

Note:

Being creative in the kitchen is important, and up to you! I am sourcing lots of sustainable meats this week, with lots of variety. Let me know if you would like me to do this for you as well.

Monday:

Organic pan seared Pork Chops with sautéed mixed vegetables, such as Onion, Garlic, Chilli, Cauliflower and Broccoli. Can add some cheese and bake.

Tuesday:

Organic Beef Stroganoff, with small side of Quinoa, Green and Tomato Salad, with Avocado and some Mozzarella.

Wednesday:

Cauliflower Soup, with mixed Salad, with boiled Eggs. Grain Free Bread.

Thursday:

Organic minced Pork Meatballs with home made Tomato Sauce and, baked for 15 minutes with Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese, with Zucchini Spirals.

Friday:  

Steak and Vegetables, adding butter, pepper and seal salt.

Saturday:

Roasted whole Chicken (organic from Popular), with mixed Veg (roasted, baked or sautéed) and gravy. I use lots and lots of garlic and red chili, for flavour, with the natural Bali Sea Salt and Pepper, adding plenty of Butter!

Sunday:

Beef Stew, with Vegetables.
