Meal planning is a very personalized matter. I will prepare your meal plan for you once you have signed up for a course. That will be weekly and monthly panning. So all you will have to do is arrange for the ingredients and cook / eat out as I suggest. I thought about posting a weekly meal plans here, but after reflection that doesn’t make sense as I first need to know your taste and preferences before I can give you the best advice.
